This document stipulates the maximum residue limits for 290 items of 112 pesticides including 2,4-sodium butyrate in food. This document applies to foods related to limits. The food categories and measurement locations (Appendix A), which are specified in GB 2763-2021, are applicable to this document. If the maximum residue limit of a certain pesticide is applied to a certain food category, it will apply to all foods under that food category, unless otherwise there are special provisions. If the limit values for the same pesticide and food specified in GB 2763-2021 are different from this document, this document shall prevail.2 Normative references

The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 Residue definition [Translator's note. should be residue] Any specific substances appearing in food, agricultural products, animal feed due to the use of pesticides, including pesticide derivatives considered to be of toxicological significance, such as pesticide transformation products, metabolites, reaction products and impurities, etc. 3.2 Maximum residue limit (MRL) The legally permitted maximum concentration of pesticides in or on food or agricultural products, which is expressed in milligrams of pesticide residues per kilogram of food or agricultural products (mg/kg).4 Technical requirements

Cereals are tested according to the methods specified in GB 23200.113, GB 23200.121, GB/T 20770; oil and fat are tested according to the methods specified in GB 23200.113 and GB 23200.121. 4.95 Phenmedipham 4.95.1 Main use. Herbicide. 4.95.2 ADI. 0.03 mg/kg bw. 4.95.3 Residue. Phenmedipham. 4.95.4 Maximum residue limit. It shall comply with the provisions of Table 95. 4.96 Tebuconazole 4.96.1 Main use. Fungicide. 4.96.2 ADI. 0.03 mg/kg bw. 4.96.3 Residue. Tebuconazole. 4.96.4 Maximum residue limit. It shall comply with the provisions of Table 96. 4.96.5 Testing method. Vegetables, dried vegetables, sugar shall be tested in accordance with the methods specified in GB 23200.113, GB 23200.121, GB/T 20769. 4.97 Dimethomorph 4.97.1 Main use. Fungicide. 4.97.2 ADI. 0.2 mg/kg bw. 4.97.3 Residue. Dimethomorph. 4.97.4 Maximum residue limit. It shall comply with the provisions of Table 97. 4.97.5 Testing method. Vegetables are tested according to the methods specified in GB 23200.121 and GB/T 20769; fruits are tested according to the methods specified in GB 23200.121, GB/T 20769, SN/T 2917. 4.98 Valefenalate 4.98.1 Main use.
