This document supersedes GB 25974.1-2010 "Hydraulic Supports for Coal Mines - Part 1.General Technical Requirements" and is consistent with GB 25974.1-
Compared to.2010, aside from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) The term "Class B stent" has been changed (see 3.6, 3.1.6 of the.2010 edition);
b) The term "basic scaffold" has been added (see 3.7);
c) The term "anchoring device" has been removed (see 3.3.5 in the.2010 edition);
d) The terms "design force" (see 3.4.2 in the.2010 edition) and "additional force" (see 3.4.4 in the.2010 edition) have been removed, and "initial force" has been added.
The term "support" (see 3.18);
e) Secondary protection requirements have been added to the connection points of the main inlet and return pipelines (see 4.1.3.2);
f) The requirements for "anti-scratching device" have been changed (see 4.1.4,.2010 version 4.1.4);
g) Added "anti-tipping and anti-slip" requirements (see 4.1.5);
h) Added the requirement to indicate the total lifting weight of the frame in the "Lifting Point" section (see 4.1.6);
i) The requirement for "single-unit support bracket" has been removed (see 4.1.7 of the.2010 version);
j) A "pressure display" requirement has been added (see 4.1.10);
k) The requirement for stent work cycle time has been removed (see 4.3.2 in the.2010 version);
l) The requirements for the tilt and elevation angles in the support adaptability specifications have been modified (see 4.6.2,.2010 version 4.6.2);
m) The requirements for measuring the specific pressure of the base plate have been changed (see 4.6.3, 4.6.3 in the.2010 version);
n) The requirement that the tensile strength of the support material should be greater than 1.08 times the yield strength has been removed (see the.2010 version).
4.11.1.1);
o) Added rules for detecting the height of the top beam during eccentric load tests of special supports such as roadway advance supports and top coal caving transition supports (see...).
5.9.1);
p) Added "Use and Maintenance" requirements (see 7.3);
q) The original informative appendix "Product Instruction Manual" has been changed to a normative appendix (see Appendix B).

Introduction
Hydraulic supports are crucial equipment for ensuring safe production in coal mines. GB 25974.1-2010, implemented on June 1,.2011, has been effective.
The standardization of hydraulic support manufacturing and testing has significantly improved the safety of underground roof support and the efficiency of mining operations in coal mines, providing a solid foundation for my country's coal industry.
This provides crucial support for the development of efficient coal mining technologies. With the in-depth implementation of the "National Standardization Development Outline" and the "Mandatory National Standards Management Regulations," [further development is needed].
In accordance with the explicit requirements of the "Management Measures" and considering the rapid evolution of coal mining technology and the upgrading of support needs under complex geological conditions, the original standard has been revised to focus on safety.
Specific constraints and other measures are no longer sufficient to fully meet the needs of industry development.
This revision adheres to the principle of "safety first". strengthening specific safety requirements, optimizing the consistency of the standard system, and enhancing the systematic application of standards.
And operability. The implementation of this document will further improve the standard system for coal mine support equipment, promote the technological upgrading of support equipment, and contribute to coal mine safety.
Production is provided with a more robust technological guarantee.
GB (GB/T)25974 "Hydraulic Supports for Coal Mines" is proposed to consist of 4 parts.
---Part 1.General Technical Requirements. The purpose is to establish the basic framework for the entire standards system, covering appearance quality, operational performance,
General requirements such as sealing performance and structural strength.
---Part 2.Technical Requirements for Columns and Jacks. The purpose is to specify the load-bearing reliability and operational stability of the hydraulic support actuator.
Qualitatively define the requirements, test methods, and inspection rules for hydraulic support columns and jacks.
---Part 3.Hydraulic Control Systems and Valves. The purpose is to specify the requirements, test methods, and inspection procedures for hydraulic control systems and valve components.
Verification rules, etc.
---Part 4.Technical Specifications for Electro-hydraulic Control Systems. The purpose is to specify the requirements and testing procedures for electro-hydraulic control systems used in coal mine hydraulic supports.
Methods and testing rules, etc.
Hydraulic supports for coal mines
Part 1.General Technical Conditions
1 Scope
This document defines the terminology for hydraulic supports used in coal mines, specifies their requirements, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, use, and maintenance, and establishes inspection procedures.
The test rules describe the corresponding test methods.
This document applies to the research, design, production, and testing of hydraulic supports for coal mines (hereinafter referred to as supports).
