Foreword
This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".
Drafting.
This document replaces GB 25204-2010 "Automatic Tracking and Positioning Jet Fire Extinguishing Systems". Compared with GB 25204-2010, the main differences are in the structural adjustments.
Aside from editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) Terms and definitions have been changed (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the.2010 edition);
b) The model designation method has been changed (see 4.4, 4.2 in the.2010 version);
c) Performance parameters have been changed (see 5.1.2, version 5.2 of the.2010 edition);
d) Electromagnetic compatibility requirements have been added (see 5.1.9);
e) Increased explosion-proof requirements (see 5.1.10);
f) Power supply requirements have been changed (see 5.2, 5.13 in the.2010 version);
g) Control system requirements have been changed (see 5.5, 5.11.3 of the.2010 edition);
h) Increased requirements for detection components (see 5.6);
i) Requirements for fire extinguishing components have been increased (see 5.7);
j) The method for testing ambient light interference immunity has been modified (see 6.1.7, 6.8 in the.2010 version);
k) The requirements and test methods for vibration resistance have been removed (see 5.9 and 6.10 in the.2010 edition);
l) The inspection rules have been changed (see Chapter 7, Chapter 7 of the.2010 edition).
Please note that some content in this document may involve patents. The issuing organization of this document assumes no responsibility for identifying patents.
This document was proposed and is under the jurisdiction of the State Fire and Rescue Administration.
The release history of this document and the document it replaces is as follows.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Using ultraviolet photosensitive elements, infrared photosensitive elements, image imaging devices, thermal imaging devices, or other fire detection components to detect early fires.
Various indoor and outdoor fixed jet fire extinguishing devices that detect, track, and locate fires automatically, and use automatic control methods to extinguish them.
Note 1.The system consists of a fire extinguishing device with detection components and automatic control (hereinafter referred to as "fire extinguishing device") and a fire-fighting liquid supply system.
Note 2.Fire extinguishing devices are classified into automatic tracking and positioning fire monitor extinguishing devices, jet-type automatic tracking and positioning jet extinguishing devices, and spray-type automatic tracking and positioning jet extinguishing devices.
Fire extinguishing equipment.
Note 3.The extinguishing component is the extinguishing medium release component in the extinguishing device.
3.2
Targeting time
The time from the start of combustion of the test fire to the start of jetting by the system.
