GB/T 2910.1 Textiles - Quantitative chemical analysis - Part 1. General principles of testing
3 General Test
According to GB/T 2910.1 regulations.
Principle 4
Select the appropriate reagents to dissolve and remove one of the components, the insoluble polyolefin elastic fiber cleaning from a sample of known dry mass of the bake
Dry, cooling, weighing, calculate the percentage content of each component.
5 Reagents
5.1 of concentrated sulfuric acid (ρ = 1.84g/mL).
5.2 sulfuric acid solution, 75% (mass fraction). A 700mL of concentrated sulfuric acid (5.1) slowly added to 350mL of water, and the solution was cooled to room temperature
After adding water to 1L.
Warning. Dangerous water to concentrated sulfuric acid, concentrated sulfuric acid should be added slowly in water, and with stirring.
5.3 sulfuric acid solution, 50% (mass fraction). A 400mL of concentrated sulfuric acid (5.1) was slowly added 500mL of water, the solution was cooled to room temperature,
Add water to 1L.
Warning. Dangerous water to concentrated sulfuric acid, concentrated sulfuric acid should be added slowly in water, and with stirring.
5.4 dilute ammonia solution. 80mL concentrated aqueous ammonia (ρ = 0.880g/mL) diluted with water to 1L.
5.5 Sodium hypochlorite solution. sodium hypochlorite solution of sodium hydroxide was added 1mol/L, the sodium hydroxide content of 5g/L. This solution can be
Iodometry calibrated so that the concentration 0.9mol/L ~ 1.1mol/L.
5.6 glacial acetic acid, distillation range of 117 ℃ ~ 119 ℃.
Warning. This reagent hazardous to your health, should be taken to improve the use of protective measures.
5.7 dilute acetic acid solution. diluted with water 5mL glacial acetic acid (5.6) to 1L.
5.8 formic acid solution, 80% (mass fraction). A 880mL 90% (by mass) acid (ρ = 1.20g/mL) was diluted with water to 1L.
