introduction
The JJG 14-1997 "non-self-indicating scale" verification procedures are revised and executed in the preparation format
The JJF1002-2010 "national measurement procedures for the preparation of rules" provisions. Compared with JJG 14-1997, in addition to compilation
Modification of the main changes are the following.
- Added some of the necessary terms related to metrological verification (see 3.1);
- a legal unit of measurement that must be used for non-self-indicating scales (see 3.2);
--- modified the sensitivity requirements (see 5.7);
- Increased protection against deceptive use and protection of parts such as mound, mound, adjustment and other components (see 6.1);
- a list of approved items (see 7.2);
- modified inspection items in use (see 7.2);
- Increased weighing calculation formula (see 7.4.4);
- modified load requirements for repeatability tests (see 7.4.5);
--- delete the partial load test "weighing the rolling load of the scale" of the relevant content;
- the measurement of the lever is removed separately;
--- provide the test record format and test certificate, the results of the notice within the page format (see Appendix A, B,
C, D).
The previous versions of this order are released as follows.
--- JJG 14-1997;
--- JJG 14-1985.
Non - self - indicating scale inspection procedures
1 Scope
This procedure is applicable to the first inspection of non-self-indicating scale (hereinafter referred to as scale) of accuracy level and general accuracy level
Set, follow-up and check in use.

3 terms and units of measurement
3.1 terminology
The terminology used in this procedure is consistent with the terminology of JJF1181 and is intended for ease of use and ease of use.
Under the terms.
3.1.1 load load
Due to gravity, the load on the scale of the loader is called the items, and sometimes directly refers to their force.
Note. Loads include weights or other items with stable values.
3.1.2 carrier loadreceptor
The part of the scale that is used to accept the load.
3.1.3 measurement lever weighinglever
Equipped with a mound and/or balance nut, a load indicating component consisting of one or more levers.
3.1.4 increase mound slottedweight
With a semicircular notch, so that it can be placed on the weight of the plate on a certain shape of the weight.
3.1.5 wandering poise
Install or suspend the weight on the metering lever, which can be used in combination with the engraved line. It is often and measured on the lever
The ruler marks together to indicate the weighing value.
3.1.6 arm than armratio
Lever arm length ratio. Generally refers to the fulcrum to the focus of the distance divided by the fulcrum to the point of the distance from the business.
3.1.7 lead leadsealing
A seal mark with a metal lead or lead alloy used to prevent any unauthorized modification of the scale.
The physical markings of the whole or removed parts. Including the manufacturer's factory inspection qualified seal and the certification body of the test qualified
Seal.
3.2 Units of measurement
The units of measurement used in the scale shall be the legal units of measurement, including kilograms (kg), g (g) and t (t).
