The JJG 13-1997 "simulation indicator" test procedures to amend the implementation of the format in the implementation of the
JJF1002-2010 "Rules for the preparation of national metrological verification procedures". Compared with JJG 13-1997, in addition to editorial changes
The main changes are the following.
- Added some of the necessary terms related to metrological verification (see 3.1);
- specifies the legal units of measurement that must be used by the analogue indicator (see 3.2);
- modified the diameter requirements of the self-adhesive type check mark position in the test qualification mark [see 6.2.3d)];
- a list of approved items (see 7.2);
- modified inspection in use only for general technical requirements (see 6);
- the allowable error between the weighing results is deleted;
- increased the use of anti-fraud features (see 6.1);
--- remove the standard weight alternative way;
- modified repetitive verification requirements (see 7.4.3);
- the removal of the relevant requirements for "more than four support points" in the partial load test (see 7.4.4);
- Added "Verification Record Format" (see Appendix A, Appendix B);
- Added "Verification certificate page format" (see Appendix C);
--- Added "Verification results page format" (see Appendix D).
The previous versions of this order are released as follows.
--- JJG 13-1997;
--- JJG 13-1986.
Simulation of the scale test procedures
1 Scope
This procedure applies to the country according to the law of the accuracy of the level and the general accuracy of the simulation indicator scale (hereinafter referred to as
Scale) of the first test, follow-up test and use in the inspection.
Does not apply to the hospital and the family with the scale.

JQF1181 Weighing Terms and Definitions
For dated references, only the dated edition applies to this rule; references that are not dated
, The latest version (including all amendments) applies to this procedure.
3 terms and units of measurement
3.1 terminology
The terminology used in this procedure is consistent with the terminology of JJF1181, which is easy to use and easy to understand.
Add the following terms.
3.1.1 multi-indication device multi-indicatingdevice
The device that displays the same weighing result on the positive and negative analog dial.
3.1.2 discrimination threshold discrimination threshold
Causing the corresponding indication to not detect the maximum change in the measured value of the change.
3.1.3 lead leadsealing
A seal mark with a metal lead or lead alloy used to prevent any unauthorized modification of the scale.
The physical markings of the whole or removed parts. Including the manufacturer's factory inspection qualified seal and the certification body of the test qualified
3.1.4 minimum capacity (Min) minimumcapacity (Min)
Less than the load value, the weighing results will produce too large relative error. The load value is called the minimum weighing.
3.1.5 Maximum capacity (Max) maximumcapacity (Max)
Regardless of the maximum weighing capacity when adding tare.
3.1.6 load load
Due to gravity, the load on the scale of the loader is called the items, and sometimes directly refers to their force.
Note. Loads include weights or other items with stable values.
3.2 Units of measurement
The unit of measurement used in the scale shall be the legal unit of measurement, including. kg (kg), g (g).
4 Overview
The analogue indicator is a non-automatic weighing instrument.
