This standard was proposed by China Light Industry Federation.
This standard shall be centralized by the National Footwear Standardization
Technical Committee.
Drafting organizations of this standard. China Leather and Footwear Industry
Research Institute, Wenzhou America Rita decorative buckle Ltd., and Jiaxing Fur
and Footwear Industry Research Institute.
The main drafters of this standard. Yan Hongwei, Tian Wang, Huang Meiyong, Lin
Li, Zhuang Li, and Mao Minghua.
This standard is the first-time release.
b) When the production is resumed after long-term of shut-down (3 months);
c) When the National Quality Supervision and Inspection Agency requires to
perform type inspection;
d) When normal production, type inspection shall be performed at least once
every 6 months.
6.3 Determination
If 2 sets of samples meet the requirements of Table 1, the batch of the products is
determined as qualified. If one or more items do not meet the requirements, then
conduct double-sampling. Re-inspect the non-conformance items. If all items
meet the requirements, then the batch of the products is determined as qualified.
If there is one or more items not meeting the requirements, the batch of the
products is determined as unqualified.
7 Signs, packaging, transportation, and storage
7.1 Signs
On the product packaging, it shall be marked with. This standard number, product
name, quantity, specifications and model, manufacturer name and address, date
of production and so on.
7.2 Packaging
It should contain soft pack, moisture agent and the like.
7.3 Transportation and storage
During transportation and storage, it must avoid pressure, moisture, rain,
sun-exposure. And it must not stored together with oil, acid, alkali and other
corrosive substances. In handling, loading and unloading, it is prohibited from
tossing. It must prevent the mutual friction and damage between the metal
accessories. Those without coating should be applied with rust-inhibitor.
Warehouse shall be maintained with good ventilation, dry, without corrosive
substance (gas). Products shall be placed 0.2m above ground and away walls.
If there are other requirements related to packaging, transportation and storage, it
shall be agreed upon by both purchaser and supplier.
