1 Scope

This standard stipulates the basic composition, classification, functional requirements, technical requirements, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of electric vehicle AC charging spot (hereinafter referred to as charging spot). This standard applies to electric vehicle AC charging spot.

3 Terms and definitions

The terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 18487.1-2015 and GB/T 29317- 2012 as well as the following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 Conductive charging The way in which the battery is charged by electrical conduction. 3.2 On-board charger The dedicated device which is fixedly installed on an electric vehicle, to convert AC power into DC power, to charge the power battery of electric vehicle through conduction. 3.3 AC charging spot A dedicated power supply device for providing AC power to an electric vehicle which is equipped with an on-board charging device by means of conduction. 3.4 Power saving mode When the vehicle is connected to the charging spot but not in the charging state, the state of the charging spot to close some circuits (such as the PWM output signal) to reduce the loss. In the power saving mode, the closure of the S2 switch of the vehicle will not wake up the charging function. 3.5 Standby mode When there is no vehicle charging and personnel operation, the state of the charging spot to only retain the basic functions such as background communication and status indication. 3.6 Standby power AC input active power when the charging spot is in standby mode.

4 Basic composition

The basic structure of the charging spot includes a spot and an AC charging connection device. The spot includes but is not limited to the main power circuit, the control unit, the human-computer interaction unit, the metering and billing unit (optional), etc. The logical relationship between them is as shown in Figure 1.

5 Classification of charging spot

5.1 By the environmental conditions of use 5.1.1 Normal use environment 5.1.2 Special environment of use It can be classified according to the special conditions of use as specified in 14.2 of GB/T 18487.1-2015. 5.2 By the object of use Charging spot are classified as follows according to the object of use. 5.3 By the installation method Charging spot are classified according to the installation method. 5.4 By the number of charging interfaces The charging spot are classified according to the number of output charging interfaces. 5.5 By the level of output voltage Charging spot are classified according to the level of output voltage.

6 Functional requirements

6.1 Charging control guidance The charging spot shall have a charging control guidance function that complies with the requirements of Appendix A of GB/T 18487.1-2015. 6.2 Communication function The charging spot should have the function of communicating with the superior monitoring management system. 6.3 Charging connection device The charging connection device of the charging spot shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 20234.1 and GB/T 20234.2. 6.4 Electronic locking device For the charging spot which uses the connection method A or the connection method B as specified in clause 3.1 of GB/T 18487.1-2015, then the rated current of the charging spot is greater than 16 A, the power socket should be equipped with an electronic locking device. 6.5 Human-computer interaction 6.5.1 Display function The charging spot shall display the following status. 6.5.2 Input function The charging spot should have the function of achieving manual input and control. 6.6 Metering function The charging spot of public type shall have the function of measuring the charging electric energy. The metering function shall meet the requirements of GB/T 28569. 6.7 Emergency stop function An emergency stop can be installed on the charging spot.

7 Technical requirements

7.1 Environmental conditions 7.1.1 Ambient temperature. 20 ��C ~ +50 ��C (outdoor type), -5 ��C ~ +50 ��C (indoor type). 7.1.2 Relative humidity. 5% ~ 95%. 7.1.3 Altitude. �� 2000 m. 7.2 Power requirements 7.2.1 Power supply voltage and current The input voltage and current requirements of the charging spot are as shown in Table 1.The input voltage is allowed to fluctuate within ��20% of the rated voltage. 7.2.2 Power frequency The AC input power's frequency is (50 �� 1) Hz. 7.3 Environmental resistance requirements 7.3.1 Degree of protection The degree of protection as provided by the enclosure of charging spot is not lower than IP32 (indoor type) or IP54 (outdoor type) as specified in GB/T 4208. Note. 7.3.2 Three-proof (moist-proof, mildew-proof, salt mist-proof) protection The printed circuit board, connectors and other components in the charging spot shall be subject to the moist-proof, mildew-proof, salt mist-proof treatment. Salt spray corrosion resistance shall meet the requirements of Figure 7 of GB/T 4797.6-2013. 7.4 Temperature rise requirements Under normal experimental conditions, the AC input is rated, the charging spot is continuously operated for a long time under the rated output power. The temperature rise of each internal heating component and each part shall not exceed the requirements in Table 2.7.5 Protection requirements 7.5.1 Allowable temperature The surface temperature of the charging spot shall meet the requirements of 11.6.3 of GB/T 18487.1-2015. 7.5.2 Protection against electric shock The electric shock protection of the charging spot shall comply with the requirements of Chapter 7 of GB/T 18487.1-2015. 7.5.3 Clearance and creepage distance The clearance and creepage distance of the charging spot shall comply with the requirements of Table 3. 7.6 Electrical insulation properties 7.6.1 Insulation resistance The insulation resistance between each live circuit of the non-electrical connection of the charging spot and between the independent live circuit and the ground (metal casing) shall not be less than 10 M. 7.6.2 Dielectric strength Between the live circuits of the non-electrical connection of the charging spot, between the independent live circuit and the ground (metal casing), the working voltage shall be able to withstand the power frequency AC voltage as specified in Table 4 for 1 min. During the test, insulation breakdown and flashover shall not occur at the test location. 7.7 Requirements for protection function 7.7.1 Charging spot shall have output overload and short circuit protection functions. The overload and short circuit protection shall comply with the requirements of Chapter 12 of GB/T 18487.1-2015. 7.7.2 When the rated current of the charging spot is greater than 16A and the connection method A or connection method B as specified in 3.1 of GB/T 18487.1-2015 is adopted, the charging spot's power supply socket shall be provided with temperature monitoring device. The charging spot shall have temperature monitoring and over-temperature protective function. 7.8 Requirements for control guidance circuit The control guidance circuit of the charging spot shall meet the requirements of Appendix A of GB/T 18487.1-2015.

8 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage

8.1 Marking 8.1.1 The charging spot shall have a nameplate which shall be installed in an obvious position. The nameplate shall indicate the following. 8.1.2 Various switches, indicators, terminals, grounding terminals, etc. on the charging spot shall be marked with corresponding text symbols and shall be consistent with the text symbols on the wiring diagram. The corresponding position shall have wiring, grounding and safety signs. It is required to be clear and easy to distinguish, not fade, not fall off, evenly arranged, easy to observe. 8.2 Packaging 8.2.1 The charging spot shall be packaged with moisture-proof and anti- vibration measures, meet the requirements of GB/T 13384 and clause 7.12. 8.2.2 The outer packaging of the product shall have clear and durable packaging and transportation pictorial signs, the pictorial signs shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 191. 8.3 Transportation During the transportation process, the charging spot shall not have severe vibration shock, exposure to rain, or be placed upside down. ......
