3 General provisions
3.1 The test items and test methods specified in the identification inspection, factory-
exit inspection and type inspection of electrical and electronic products for coal mine
communication, testing and control shall comply with the relevant provisions of this
Standard.
3.2 The relevant standards shall specify the test method, severity level and test
sequence (if any) used according to the product type and the use environment
conditions.
4 Test conditions
4.1 Environmental conditions for test
In addition to the environmental tests or otherwise specified in the relevant standards,
the test shall be carried out in the following environmental conditions.
4.2 Power supply
4.2.1 In addition to the power fluctuation adaptability test and otherwise specified the
relevant standards, the power supply shall comply with the provisions of this clause.
4.2.2 AC supply voltage shall be.
4.2.3 DC supply voltage shall be.
4.3 Other test conditions
Unless otherwise specified in the relevant standards, the test conditions shall comply
with.
5 General inspection
5.1 Inspection requirements
General inspection shall include appearance inspection, structural inspection,
dimensional inspection, weight inspection and other relevant inspection items
specified in the relevant standards.
5.2 Inspection method
5.2.1 Appearance inspection and structural inspection
Visual inspection method is generally used. In the most favorable viewing distance and
appropriate illumination conditions, inspect with naked eyes with normal vision and
color resolution.
5.2.2 Dimensional inspection and weight inspection
Inspect with qualified measuring instruments.
5.3 Details need to be specified
The relevant standards shall specify the following items.
6 Performance indicator test
6.1 Test requirements
6.1.1 The test method must be able to fully assess the product performance and
indicators mentioned in the relevant technical requirements.
6.2 Test method
Product standards shall be based on national, industry standards test methods. The
contents shall include test equipment, equipment, test lines, test procedures, test
results of the assessment or calculation.
7 Insulation resistance detection
7.1 Test requirements
7.1 The test shall be carried out on products installed in the normal working position.
If the tested product is installed in the insulation enclosure, the insulation enclosure
shall be covered with metal foils, which shall be used as enclosure during the test.
7.1.1 Megohmmeter for measuring insulation resistance shall be selected according
to the grade listed in Table 1.
7.2 Test method
The Megohmmeter is connected to the measured site at the two ends, and the
insulation resistance value is read when the display is stable. During the measurement,
it shall ensure reliable contact between the Megohmmeter test pen and the measured
sites and enough insulation resistance between the test leads, to get accurate reading.
7.3 Details need to be specified
The relevant standards shall specify the following items.
8 Power frequency withstand voltage test
8.1 Test requirements
8.1.1 It shall comply with the provisions of 7.1 of this Standard.
8.2 Test method
8.2.1 It may use the circuit program of low-voltage regulating by connecting the test
transformer in series with the autotransformer.
8.2.2 The test voltage shall start from the half of the full value and gradually rise to the
specified value. The rise time shall not be less than 10 s and shall maintain for 1 min.
The voltage shall be gradually reduced to zero after the test.
8.3 Details need to be specified
The relevant standards shall specify the following items.
9 Water pressure test
9.1 Test requirements
9.1.1 The water pressure test shall be carried out after the parts are finished, and the
parts shall be fixed to simulate the actual assembly as much as possible.
9.2 Test method
9.2.1 The water pressure test shall be carried out on the products one by one.
9.3 Details need to be specified
The relevant standards shall specify the following items.
