Foreword
SAC/TC 72 is in charge of this English translation. In case of any doubt about the contents
of English translation, the Chinese original shall be considered authoritative.
This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in the GB/T 1.1－2009.
This standard replaces the HG/T 2052-2013 Drive for glass-lined vessel with agitator in whole.
In addition to a number of editorial changes, the following technical deviations have been
made with respect to the HG/T 2052-2013:
——Adding CR series inline gear reducer and CK series helical bevel gear reducer structure
(see Figure 1);
——Adding SJ double support reducer stool and main dimensions (see 3.2);
——6.2 of the previous standard “The noise and leakage of cycloidal pin wheel reducer shall
meet the requirements of JB/T 2982; the noise shall not be more than 85dB(A) (1m away
from the sound source, 4 points measured and averaged; the temperature rise shall be
measured in accordance with JB/T 5288.1, and shall not be more than 60℃” is revised
as “The noise, leakage and temperature rise of cycloidal pin wheel reducer shall meet
the requirements of JB/T 2982; The same of gear reducer shall meet the requirements of
JB/T 7000-2010 and JB/T 8853-2015” (see 6.2, and 6.2 of 2013 edition);
——6.4 of previous standard “When the reducer stool is made of cast iron, its yield strength
shall not be lower than 200MPa, when it is made of steel, its tensile strength shall not
be lower than 375MPa, and its yield strength shall not be lower than 235MPa” is revised
as “When the reducer stool is made of steel, the mechanical properties of the steel of
reducer stool shall not be lower than that of Q235 steel; When it is made of cast iron,
its mechanical properties shall not be lower than that of HT200 cast iron” (see 6.4,
and 6.4 of 2013 edition);
——6.5 of previous standard “The total radial runout of the output shaft of the TB device
shall not be more than 0.15mm, and the radial runout and axial displacement of the output
shaft of DJ-T, DZ and SZ drive units shall meet the requirements of HT/T 21563” is revised
as “The radial runout and axial displacement of the output shaft of drive unit shall
meet the requirements of HT/T 21563” (see 6.5, and 6.5 of 2013 edition);
——“DJ-T” in Table 7 of previous standard is revised as “DJ”, and the D1, D2, D3(H8),
H1, n1-Φ1 dimensions corresponding to DJ65, DJ90, DJ110 reducer stool are revised (see
Table 7, and Table 7 of 2013 edition);
——Adding table 10 " Dimension list of SJ reducer stool " (see Table 10);
——Deleting 400L specification in Annex Table A.1 of previous standard (Table A.1 of 2013
edition);
——Annexes A.1.4 a) and A.2.4 a) of previous standard “The anchor and gate type agitator
speed n=50r/min～80r/min” is revised as “The anchor and gate type agitator speed
n=50r/min～80r/min, and Linear velocity at blade end shall not be more than 5m/s” (see

1 Scope
This standard specifies the type, basic parameters and main dimensions, requirements,
markings and examples, assembly, labels, packing, transportation and storage of drive for
glass-lined vessel with agitator.
This standard is applicable to drive for glass-lined vessel with agitator.

3 Type, Basic Parameters and Main dimensions
3.1 Drive type see Figure 1, basic parameters and main dimensions see Table 1.
3.2 There are TB, DZ, DJ, SZ and SJ structure types according to the structure of reducer
stool output shaft and supporting type (see Table 2). The TB type reducer stool output shaft
has an outer-cone connection. The DZ and DJ drive shafts have single support. The SZ and
SJ drive shafts have double support.

4 Reducer stool type, Basic parameters and Dimensions
4.1 TB reducer stool structure see Figure 2, basic parameters and dimensions see Table 3
and Table 4.

5 Markings and Examples
Example 1:
Comply to HG/T 2052, when drive unit with TB reducer stool, dN=80mm agitator shaft, N=4kW
YBX3 motor, and n=80r/min turning speed. Take as example, it marks as:
Drive for glass-lined vessel with agitator HG/T 2052–TB4(80)–YB4/80.
The meaning of each factor in the marking is as follows:
TB4(80) ——reducer stool item number TB4, agitator shaft nominal diameter 80mm;
YB4/80 ——Type-YB motor, 4kW motor power, 80r/min agitator turning speed.
Example 2:
Comply to HG/T 2052, when drive unit with DZ reducer stool, dN=110mm agitator shaft, N=4kW
YE3 motor, and n=110r/min turning speed. Take as example, it marks as:
Drive for glass-lined vessel with agitator HG/T 2052–DZ500(110)–Y18.5/110.
The meaning of each factor in the marking is as follows:
DZ500(110)——Reducer stool item number DZ500, agitator shaft nominal diameter 110mm;
Y18.5/110 ——Type-Y motor, 18.5kW motor power, 110r/min agitator turning speed.
6 Requirement
6.1 The device shall be manufactured, inspected, and accepted in accordance with this
standard and construction drawings.
6.2 The noise, leakage and temperature rise of cycloidal pin wheel reducer shall meet the
requirements of JB/T 2982; the same of gear reducer shall meet the requirements of JB/T
7000-2010 and JB/T 8853-2015.
6.3 The hardness HB value of the drive shaft of TB and SZ reducer stool shall not be less
than 200 after quenching and tempering, dimensional accuracy of tapered part with 1:10 taper
shall not be lower than h7, roughness Ra≤1.6μm.
6.4 When the reducer stool is made of steel, the mechanical properties of the steel shall
not be lower than that of Q235 steel; when it is made of cast iron, its mechanical properties
shall not be lower than that of HT200 cast iron
6.5 The radial runout and axial displacement of the output shaft of drive unit shall meet
the requirements of HT/T 21563.
7 Assembly
7.1 All parts and components shall be manufactured according to the drawings, and can only
be assembled after inspection.
7.2 When assembling TB drive to Type A support, the studs can be used to adjust verticality
and level; when assembling DZ, DJ, SZ, SJ drives and Type B support, the bottom size D3(H8)
of the reducer stool can be used as a positioning reference for installation.
7.3 After installing the drive unit, turn it by hand to confirm that the rotation is smoothly
before filling water for test-run. Production can only be started after successful
test-run.

8 Labels, Packing, Transportation and Storage
8.1 Nameplate of drive unit shall be well-marked with:
a) Manufacturer name.
b) Product name.
c) Product features (motor power, output shaft speed, etc.).
d) Date of manufacture (or item number).
8.2 Exposed metal on finished surface of drive unit hall be coated with anti-rust oil. Rolling
bearings shall be coated with grease. And unfinished surface shall be coated with antirust
paint.
8.3 Packing list, product qualification certificate and user manual shall be added when
packing drive unit.
8.4 Packing box for drive unit shall be reliable, and measures shall be taken against moisture,
dust and bumpiness during transportation.
