Foreword

SAC/TC 72 is in charge of this English translation. In case of any doubt about the contents of English translation, the Chinese original shall be considered authoritative. This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in the GB/T 1.1－2009. This standard replaces the HG/T 2051.2-2013 Glass-lined agitator gate type in whole. In addition to a number of editorial changes, the following technical deviations have been made with respect to the HG/T 2051.2-2013: ——Removed specifications for agitator of mixing vessel with 400L nominal capacity (see Table 1 of 2013 edition); ——The dimensions of blade in Table 1 of the original standard were revised from the original "t" to "t2 × t4", i.e., from the original "38, 48, 60, 86, 97" to "38× 20, 48 × 25, 60 × 30, 86 × 43, 97 × 50"( see Table 1, and Table 1 of 2013 edition); ——The dimensions of L4 in Table 2 of the original standard were revised from the original "80, 100, 110, 120” to "60, 90, 100, 110" (see Table 2, and Table 2 of 2013 edition); ——The dimensions of L3 in Table 3 of the original standard were revised from the original "20, 20” to "36, 36" (see Table 3, and Table 3 of 2013 edition); ——The dimensions of L33 in Table 3 of the original standard were revised from the original "34, 34” to "50, 50" (see Table 3, and Table 3 of 2013 edition); ——The dimensions of L3 in Table 4 of the original standard were revised from the original "18, 18” to "26, 30" (see Table 4, and Table 4 of 2013 edition); ——The dimensions of L33 in Table 4 of the original standard were revised from the original "32, 32” to "40, 44" (see Table 4, and Table 4 of 2013 edition); ——Deleted the structure type, main size and basic parameters of the BⅡ-type shaft end; ——The shaft end code "BⅠ-type" was revised to "B-type" (see 3.2,3.3, and Clause 3.2, 3.3 of 2013 edition); ——Added the structure type, main size and basic parameters of the D-type shaft end (see Figure 5, Table 5); ——Deleted Clause 4.4 "Welding seams shall not have obvious roughness or unevenness " and Clause 4.5 "Blades shall not have obvious processing imprint " in the original standard (see Clause 4.4 and Clause 4.5 of 2013 edition). 1 Scope

This standard specifies the type, basic parameters, main dimensions, requirements, packaging, transportation and storage of the glass-lined gate agitator. This standard is applicable to the gate agitator of the two pieces glass- lined steel vessel with agitator with a nominal volume of 50L-5000L, a design temperature of -20℃ - 200℃ and a nominal turning speed 50r/min - 80r/min.

When the linear velocity at the end of the agitator's blade exceeds 5m/s, B-, C- or D-type shaft ends should be preferred. HG/T 2051.2-2019 12 3.5 Marks and their examples: Take a gate type glass-lined agitator,that with A-type shaft end structure, dN 40mm agitator shaft nominal diameter and H 960mm length, that conforms to HG/T 2051.2, as an example, it marks as follows: Glass-lined agitator HG/T 2051.2—KA40—960 The meaning of each element in the mark is as follows: K ——Code of gate agitator(K)； A ——Type A shaft end structure； 40 ——Agitator with 40mm nominal diameter； 920——Agitator with 960mm length.

4 Requirement

4.1 Both enamels and steels for the glass-lined agitator shall comply with GB 25025. 4.2 The manufacture, inspection and acceptance of glass lined agitators shall comply with GB 25025, this standard and drawings. 4.3 The shaft end’s sealing section of the glass-lined agitator should be accurately machined after being enameled. 4.4 The shaft end of glass lined agitator should be treated against the rusting. 5 Packing, Transportation and Storage 5.1 Glass-lined agitator should be wrapped with soft materials and soundly fixed in wooden case. 5.2 Any collision should be avoided and the packing boxes should not be turned upside down when moving and transporting the glass-lined agitator. 5.3 Delivered glass-lined agitator shall be attached with the packing list, product qualification certificate and product instruction manual. 5.4 Glass-lined agitators should be stored indoors, and should not be stored or stacked in the open air. ......
