1 Scope

This Standard specifies the vacuum oven method for determination of free water for the compound fertilizers. This Standard is not applicable to the compound fertilizers generating non-moisture volatile substances during the drying process.

3 Apparatus

3.1 The common laboratory apparatus; 3.2 Thermostatic vacuum oven (vacuum oven). temperature can be controlled at 50°C±2°C; while the vacuum degree can be controlled at 6.4×104 Pa ~7.1×104 Pa;
