1 Scope

This standard specifies the general requirements, technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules and packaging, labeling, and transportation of work clothes for food workers. Lose and store. This standard is applicable to work clothes for operators who directly contact packaging or unpackaged foods, food equipment and utensils, and food contact surfaces. This standard does not apply to work clothes worn by maintenance personnel and cleaning personnel of food production enterprises.

3 General requirements

3.1 Work clothes should meet the requirements of 6.6.4 of GB 14881-2013 and have safety for the human body. 3.2 The fabrics of overalls are generally cotton, hemp, chemical fibers and their blended fabrics.
