1 Scope
This Standard specifies classification and evaluation requirements for obtrusive
light at night of LED panels.
This Standard applies to the evaluation of LED panels on the obtrusive light of
residents and motor vehicle drivers at night. The daytime obtrusive light of LED
panels is not required.
2 Normative references

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions defined in GB/T
2900.65, SJ/T 11141, SJ/T 11281 and JGJ/T 163 as well as the followings apply.
