7 Test rules
7.1 Inspection and acceptance
7.1.1 The product shall be inspected by the supplier to ensure that the product quality
complies with the requirements of this document and the order form; the supplier shall
fill in the quality certificate.
7.1.2 The buyer shall re-inspect the products received in accordance with the provisions
of this document. If the inspection result does not conform to the provisions of this
products shall be judged as unqualified. If any other dimensional deviation of any sheet
fails to meet the standards, judge the batch of products as unqualified. After consultation
between the supplier and the buyer, the supplier is allowed to inspect each sheet one by
one and deliver the qualified ones. If any other dimensional deviation of any strip fails
to meet the standards, judge the roll as unqualified.
7.6.3 If the room temperature tensile mechanical properties of any sample fail to meet
the requirements, double the number of samples from the batch (furnace) of products
shall be taken for repeated testing (including the products represented by the first
unqualified sample). If all the repeated test results meet the requirements, judge the
batch (furnace) of products as qualified. If there are still samples with unqualified test
results in the repeated tests, judge the batch (furnace) of products as unqualified. Upon
agreement between the supplier and the buyer, the supplier is allowed to inspect each
sheet (roll or furnace) and deliver those that pass the inspection. The supplier is also
allowed to perform a repeated heat treatment to re-sample and test.
7.6.4 If the earing ratio of any sample fails to meet the requirements, double the number
of samples shall be taken from the batch (furnace) of products and repeated tests shall
be conducted. If all the repeated test results are qualified, judge the batch (furnace) of
products as qualified. If the result of sample properties are still unsatisfactory in the
repeated test, then, judge the batch (furnace) of products to be unqualified. Upon
agreement between the supplier and the buyer, the supplier is allowed to inspect each
sheet (roll or furnace) and deliver those that pass the inspection. The supplier is also
allowed to perform a repeated heat treatment to re-sample and test.
7.6.5 If the cupping value of any sample fails to meet the requirements, double the
number of samples shall be taken from the batch (furnace) of products and repeated
tests shall be conducted. If all the repeated test results are qualified, judge the batch
(furnace) of products as qualified. If the result of sample properties are still
unsatisfactory in the repeated test, then, judge the batch (furnace) of products to be
unqualified. Upon agreement between the supplier and the buyer, the supplier is
allowed to inspect each sheet (roll or furnace) and deliver those that pass the inspection.
The supplier is also allowed to perform a repeated heat treatment to re-sample and test.
7.6.6 If the grain size of any sample fails to meet the requirements, double the number
of samples shall be taken from the batch of products for repeated testing. If all repeated
test results are qualified, judge the batch of products as qualified. If there are still
samples with unqualified test results in the repeated tests, judge the batch of products
as unqualified.
7.6.7 If the burr height of any strip sample fails to meet the requirements, double the
number of samples shall be taken from the batch of products for repeated testing. If all
repeated test results are qualified, judge the batch of products as qualified. If there are
still samples with unqualified test results in the repeated tests, judge the batch of
products as unqualified. If it is agreed by both the supplier and the buyer, the supplier
is allowed to inspect the products one by one and deliver those qualified ones. If any
