Foreword

This Standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This Standard replaces "Steam and Hot Water Type Lithium Bromide Absorption Water Chiller" (GB/T 18431-2001). This Standard contains the following main technical changes, compared with GB/T 18431-2001. - the inlet and outlet temperature of cold water under nominal condition were modified (see 4.3.1; 4.3.1 of 2001 edition); - the performance parameter (consumption of heat source in specific refrigerating effect) indexes under nominal condition were modified (see 4.3.1; 4.3.1 of 2001 edition); - the fouling coefficients of the unit at cold water side and cooling water side under nominal condition were modified [see 4.3.2 a); 4.3.2.1 of 2001 edition]. This Standard was proposed by the China Machinery Industry Federation. This Standard shall be under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee on Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning Equipment of Standardization Administration of China (SAC/TC 238). 1 Scope

This Standard specifies the terms and definitions, types and basic parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage of steam and hot water type lithium bromide absorption water chiller (hereinafter referred to as "unit"). This Standard is applicable to steam and hot water single-effect and double-effect units for central air conditioning and technology.

3 Terms and Definitions

For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions established in JB/T 7249 and the following ones apply. 3.1 Consumption of heat source The flow of steam and hot water consumed by the unit, in kg/h for steam unit and kg/h or m3/h for hot water unit. 3.2 Heat consumption of heat source The value of consumption of heat source converted to heat, in kW.

4 Types and Basic Parameters

4.1 Type 4.1.1 According to heat source, the unit is divided into. 4.1.2 According to refrigerating cycle, the unit is divided into. 4.2 Model The model compilation method of unit is determined by the manufacturer at discretion; however, the model shall include the type of heat source and the nominal refrigerating capacity. 4.3 Basic parameters

5 Requirements

5.1 General requirements The unit shall be manufactured according to the drawing and technical document (or the agreement between users and the manufacturer) approved according to established procedure. 5.2 Air tightness and hydraulic pressure test 5.2.1 Air tightness test The complete machine leak rate of the unit shall not be greater than 2.03×10-6 Paꞏm3/s. 5.3 Nominal condition performance 5.3.1 Refrigerating capacity The refrigerating capacity of the unit shall not be less than 95% of the nominal refrigerating capacity. 5.4 Variable working condition performance The unit shall be able to work normally within the range specified in Table 2, and shall be subjected to variable working condition performance test according to interval value. 5.5 Partial load performance 5.5.1 The unit shall determine the possible minimum ability point by making determination on more than two points. 5.5.2 Determination of partial load performance shall meet the following requirements. 5.6 Noise The noise pressure level of unit shall not be greater than the indicated value. 5.7 Safety requirements The safety requirements of unit shall meet the requirements of GB 18361.

6 Test Methods

6.1 Measuring instrument The type and accuracy of measuring instrument shall meet those specified in Table 3, pass the calibration and be used within the period of validity. 6.2.2 Performance test under nominal condition 6.2.2.1 Refrigerating capacity Test shall be carried out according to Appendix A under the nominal condition specified in 4.3. 6.2.2.4 Water-side pressure loss The unit operates under nominal condition; after the determination of refrigerating capacity becomes stable, the pressure loss of unit at cold water side and cooling water side shall be determined according to Appendix C. 6.2.3 Test under variable working conditions The unit is subjected to test under variable working conditions by changing certain parameter separately according to the application scope and interval value specified in Table 2 with other conditions kept as those under the nominal condition; the test results shall be plotted into curve or compiled into table. 6.2.5 Noise test The unit operates under nominal condition and is subjected to noise measurement according to the method of rectangular hexahedron measurement surface in JB/T 4330-1999 and sound pressure level calculation according to surface average sound pressure level specified in JB/T 4330-1999. 6.2.6 Safety performance test Safety performance test shall be carried out according to the requirements of GB 18361.

7 Inspection Rules

7.1 Inspection item The unit inspection is divided into delivery inspection and type inspection. 7.2 Delivery inspection Each unit shall be subjected to delivery inspection and the inspection items and test methods shall be in accordance with those specified in Table 4.

8 Marking, Packaging and Storage

8.1 Marking 8.1.1 Permanent nameplate shall be set at the obvious position of each unit; the nameplate shall meet the requirements of GB/T 13306 and its contents shall include. 8.1.2 Delivery document Each unit shall be accompanied with the following documents. 8.2 Packaging The exposed uncoating surface of unit shall be taken with anti-rust measures; the screwed joint shall be blocked with screw plug and the flange hole shall be covered with blind-plate. 8.3 Storage 8.3.1 Before leaving factory, the unit shall be filled with 0.01MPa to 0.03MPa dry nitrogen or keep vacuum. 8.3.2 The unit shall be stored in warehouse or the place having cover. ......
