This Standard applies to the production, processing and trade of down and feather. 2 Normative references The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. GB/T 10288, Testing methods for down and feather GSB 16-2763, Photographic Standard of Down and Feather 3 Terms and definitions The following terms and definitions are applicable to this document. 3.1 Down and feather A collective term for the down and feather that grow on waterfowl. Where the nominal value of "down content" is greater than or equal to 50%, it is called "down"; where the nominal value of "down content" is less than 50%, it is called "feather".
