Compared with GB/T 15107-2005 "Athletic Footwear", the main differences of this Standard are as follows. - The application scope of the standard was modified; - The product classification was modified; - The recommended value of thickness of primary parts was deleted; - Inspection items of sensory quality were added, deleted and modified; - Peeling test method was modified; - Test method of adhesive properties was modified; - Indexes of other physical and mechanical properties were modified; - Requirements for the limit of substances were added; - Product judgment was modified; - Inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage directly quote the industry standard QB/T 1187 "Footwear - Principle of Inspection and Marking, Package, Transportation, Storage". Athletic Shoes 1    Scope  This Standard specifies product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage of athletic shoes. This Standard is applicable to athletic footwear, trainer shoes, gym shoes, walking shoes and jogging shoes for general uses, excluding sports shoes. 2    Normative References  The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. Materials of lining and insock are sampled. Without lining, the contact surface between upper and feet is taken as lining for the test. 6.8 Content of decomposable harmful aromatic amine dyes in textiles 6.8.1 Lining and upper are inspected separately, so are different materials. If the lining and upper fail to be separated, they can be inspected together according to the inspection methods of lining material. 6.8.2 Textiles are inspected according to GB/T 17592-2006, and the detection limit is 5 mg/kg. 6.9 Content of decomposable harmful aromatic amine dyes in leather Sample preparation is the same as that in 6.8.1, and the decomposable harmful aromatic amine dyes in leather are inspected according to the requirements of GB/T 19942-2005, and the detection limit is 30 mg/kg. Note. Other materials (except textiles) may be inspected by reference to 6.9. 6.10 Content of free or partially hydrolyzed formaldehyde in textiles Sample preparation is the same as that in 6.7.1; it is inspected according to GB/T 2912.1-2009. 6.11 Content of free or partially hydrolyzed formaldehyde in leather Sample preparation is the same as that in 6.7.1; it is inspected according to GB/T 19941-2005. Note. Other materials (except textiles) may be inspected by reference to 6.11. 7    Inspection Items and Qualification Evaluation  7.1 Inspection items shall be in accordance with those specified in Table 7. B.2 Judgment of quality problems Within after-sale service period, it may be judged as quality problem in case of the following problems under normal wearing. a) The shoes fail to meet the quality requirements of the product standard; b) The upper and upper allowance crack, seriously turn white and obviously change color; finishing layer falls off or chaps; c) Split stitch and opening; d) Outsole or inner sole fractures or is uneven so as to affect wearing; e) It is uneven inside the shoes, so as to affect wearing; f) Air (liquid) cushion leaks or deflates. B.3 Inspection method B.3.1 Sensory inspection is carried out according to the requirements of GB/T 3903.5-2011. B.3.2 De-coloration. white absorbent cotton or gauze, which has been saturated with clear-water (no water-drop when pressed by fingers), is pressed gently with hands; rub repeatedly within 10cm inside the upper for 10 times; then observe the absorbent cotton or gauze. It shall be free from obvious contamination. B.4 Handling method It can be handled according to the after-sale service specification stipulated by manufacturer, or according to the local unified-provisions where the marketing organization is located. ......
