The terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 12903-2008 as well as the
following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1
Personal protective equipment (PPE)
The general term for all kinds of protective products worn, equipped and
used by practitioners to protect hazards from physical, chemical, biological
and other external factors.
Note: The labor protective products worn, equipped and used at the
production site are also called personal protective equipment.

B04 Impact-resistant safety helmet Prevent the head from violent impact, for high-speed vehicle drivers to wear
B05 Dust mask (anti-particle respirator)
It is used in the dust working environment with more than 19.5% oxygen in the air, to
prevent the inhalation of general dust, and to prevent particulate matter (such as toxic
fume, toxic mist) from harming the respiratory system or the eyes and face
