1 Scope

This part of GB 5135 specifies the classification, model, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and water flow indicator of the sprinkler system. Logo, instruction manual and packaging, transportation and storage. This section applies to the vane type water flow indicator in the sprinkler system. Other types of water flow indicators can be used as reference.

3 Terms and definitions

6 requirements

6.1 Appearance sign 6.1.1 The surface of the water flow indicator shall be smooth and smooth, free of processing defects and scratches, and the coating shall be uniform. 6.1.2 The water flow indicator shall be provided with a durability sign on the outer surface. Or GB/T 9112. 6.4.2 When the water flow indicator adopts the groove connection method, the groove size shall comply with the provisions of GB 5135.11. 6.4.3 When the water flow indicator is screwed, the connecting thread shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 7306. 6.5 blade 6.5.1 When the water flow indicator uses metal material as the blade, the blade shall be made of a material whose corrosion resistance is not lower than that of austenitic stainless steel. 6.5.2 When the water flow indicator uses polyethylene as the blade, the blade shall be tested according to 7.3.2. After the test, the blade shall be free from cracking, etc. damage. 6.5.3 Water flow indicator blade The blade bending test shall be carried out according to the method specified in 7.2. After the test, the blade shall be free of fracture, permanent deformation, etc. damage. 6.6 Sealing assembly The sealing assembly used for water pressure sealing shall be subjected to the warm water aging test according to the method specified in 7.3.1. After the test, the sample shall be free from bonding, cracking, etc. For the phenomenon of normal work, the water pressure resistance of the water flow indicator shall comply with the provisions of 6.15. 6.7 Signal output unit The signal output component shall be provided with a terminal or output lead, the terminal identification shall be obvious, and the lead shall be color-coded. According to the provisions of 7.4 The contact contact resistance test is performed by the method, and the contact contact resistance of the signal output part should not be greater than 0.1 Ω. 6.8 Sensitivity The sensitivity test shall be carried out in accordance with the method specified in 7.5.
