This Standard replaces GB 19762-2005 The minimum allowable values of energy efficiency. Compared with GB 19762-2005, this Standard mainly makes the following changes. - Added the target minimum allowable values of energy efficiency for pump; index increase rate is 1% ~ 2%; - Added Table 2, Table 3 and Table 4; - Modified Figure 1 and Figure 2 of GB 19762-2005; - Modified 5.1 of GB 19762-2005; - Deleted Figure 5 and Figure 6 of GB 19762-2005; - Deleted Clause 4 of GB 19762-2005; - Deleted content about centrifugal long axis deep well pump. Appendix A and Appendix B of this Standard are informative. This Standard was proposed by National Technical Committee on Energy Fundamentals and Management of Standardization Administration of China. This Standard shall be under the jurisdiction of Sub-technical Committee on Reasonable Electricity of National Technical Committee on Energy Fundamentals and Management of Standardization Administration of China. Drafting organizations of this Standard. China National Institute of Standardization, Zhejiang University of Technology, Institute of Industrial Pumps, Shenyang Institute of Pumps, Shanghai East Pump (Group) Co., Ltd., Shanghai Kaiquan Pump (Group) Co., Ltd., Shanghai Liancheng (Group) Co., Ltd., Guangdong Foshan Pump Factory Co., Ltd., National Center for Supervision & Inspection of Drainage Irrigation & Water-saving Equipment Products Quality, and Shanghai People Electricity Machine Limited. The minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and evaluating values of energy conservation of centrifugal pump for fresh water 1 Scope This Standard specifies basic requirements, pump efficiency, the minimum allowable values of energy efficiency, the target minimum allowable values of energy efficiency, and evaluating values of energy conservation of centrifugal pump for fresh water (hereinafter referred to as “pump”). This Standard is applicable to single-stage single-suction, single-stage double- suction and multi-stage centrifugal pumps for fresh water. This Standard does not apply to other types of pumps. 2 Normative references The following standards contain the provisions which, through reference in this Standard, constitute the provisions of this Standard. For dated references, the subsequent amendments (excluding corrections) or revisions do not apply to this Standard. However, the parties who enter into agreement based on this Standard are encouraged to investigate whether the latest versions of these documents are applicable. For undated reference documents, the latest versions apply to this Standard. GB/T 3216-2005 Rotodynamic pumps Hydraulic performance acceptance tests Grades 1 and 2 (ISO 9906.1999, MOD) GB/T 5657-1995 Technical specifications for centrifugal pumps - Class III (eqv ISO 9908.1993) GB/T 7021 Glossary of terms for centrifugal pump GB/T 13006 NPSH for centrifugal, mixed flow and axial pumps 3 Terms and definitions Terms and definitions defined in GB/T 7021 and the following ones apply to this Pu - Pump output power (effective power), in kilowatts (KW); Pa - Pump shaft power (input power), in kilowatts (KW). 5.2 Pump output power is calculated according to formula (2). Where, ρ - Density, in kilograms per cubic meter (kg/m3); g - Acceleration of gravity, g = 9.81 m/s2; Q - Flow, in cubic meters per second (m3/s); H - Head, in meters (m). 6 The minimum allowable values of energy efficiency for pumps 6.1 When flow is within 5 m3/h ~ 10000 m3/h, the minimum allowable values of energy efficiency for pumps η1 shall be determined according to Table 1. Calculation examples are shown in Appendix A. 6.2 When flow is greater than 10000 m3/h, the minimum allowable values of energy efficiency for single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump for fresh water η1 shall be 87% and that for single-stage double-suction centrifugal pump for fresh water η1 shall be 86%. 7 The target minimum allowable values of energy efficiency for pumps 7.1 When flow is within 5 m3/h ~ 10000 m3/h, specific speed is within 20~300, the target minimum allowable values of energy efficiency for pumps η2 shall be determined as follows. η2 for single-stage centrifugal pump for fresh water shall be directly read from Figure 1 curve “the target minimum allowable values” or checked from column “the target minimum allowable values” in Table 2; η2 for multi-stage centrifugal pump for fresh water shall be directly read from Figure 2 curve “the target minimum allowable values” or checked from column “the target minimum allowable values” in Table 3. If specific speed is within 20~120 and 210~300, its target minimum allowable values η2 shall be respectively corrected based on the provisions of Figure 3, Figure 4 or Table 4. Calculation examples are shown in Appendix B. 7.2 When flow is greater than 10000 m3/h, the target minimum allowable values for pumps η2 shall be 88%. 7.3 The target minimum allowable values for pumps η2 shall be implemented 3 years after the date of implementation of this Standard, and shall replace the minimum allowable values of energy efficiency for pumps η1 in Clause 6 of this Standard. 8 The evaluating values of energy conservation for pumps 8.1 When flow is within 5 m3/h ~ 10000 m3/h, the evaluating values of energy conservation for pumps η3 shall be determined according to Table 1. Calculation examples are shown in Appendix A. 8.2 When flow is greater than 10000 m3/h, the evaluating values of energy conservation for pumps η3 shall be 90%. column “reference value” Single- stage double- suction centrifugal pump for fresh water ≤ 600 120~210 According to Figure 1 curve “reference value” or check η in Table 2 column “reference value” 0 η0 = η η1= η0− 3 η3= η0+ 2 < 120, >210 According to Figure 1 curve “reference value” or check η in Table 2 column “reference value” According to Figure 3 or Figure 4 or check Δη in Table 4 η0 = η − Δη η1= η0− 3 η3= η0+ 2 >600 120~210 According to Figure 1 curve “reference value” or check η in Table 2 column “reference value” 0 η0 = η η1= η0− 4 η3= η0+ 1 < 120, >210 According to Figure 1 curve “reference value” or check η in Table 2 column “reference value” According to Figure 3 or Figure 4 or check Δη in Table 4 η0 = η − Δη η1= η0− 4 η3= η0+ 1 Multi- stage centrifugal pump for ≤ 100 120~210 According to Figure 2 curve “reference value” or check η in Table 3 column “reference 0 η0 = η η1= η0− 3 η3= η0+ 2 fresh water value” < 120, >210 According to Figure 2 curve “reference value” or check η in Table 3 column “reference value” According to Figure 3 or Figure 4 or check Δη in Table 4 η0 = η − Δη η1= η0− 3 η3= η0+ 2 >100 120~210 According to Figure 2 curve “reference value” or check η in Table 3 column “reference value” 0 η0 = η η1= η0− 4 η3= η0+ 1 < 120, >210 According to Figure 2 curve “reference value” or check η in Table 3 column “reference value” According to Figure 3 or Figure 4 or check Δη in Table 4 η0 = η − Δη η1= η0− 4 η3= η0+ 1 NOTE The reference value is the average value of the efficiency of better products in the current pump industry.
