This Standard is applicable to woven caps produced with textile woven fabric as the main raw material. 2 Normative References The following documents are indispensable to the application of this document. Specifically speaking, the method of marking the specification designation and the position of label placement of finished products shall comply with the stipulations of FZ/T 80010. The maintenance of infants and young children’s products shall not be dry-cleaned. 3.2 Allowable Deviations of Specifications and Sizes The specifications of the main parts are set by the enterprise itself. The allowable deviations of specifications and sizes shall comply with the stipulations of Table 1. 3.3 Raw Materials 3.3.1 In accordance with the relevant national textile standards, select raw materials that comply with the quality requirements of this Standard. 3.3.2 The fillers are selected from the fibers or their products that comply with the requirements in accordance with the relevant national standards. 3.3.3 Use buttons (except decorative buckles) and other accessories suitable for the fabric used. The buttons, buckles and other accessories shall have a clean surface, and free from burrs, defects, imperfections, accessible sharp points and edges. The appearance of accessories for infants and young children shall not be similar to that of food; buttons composed of two or more rigid parts must not be used; the maximum size of the accessories shall be greater than 3 mm. NOTE: the accessible sharp points and edges refer to sharp points and edges on finished products that may cause injury to human skin under normal wearing conditions. 3.4 Appearance 3.4.1 The chromatic aberration of the product fabric is not lower than Level-4, and the chromatic aberration inside the cap is not lower than Level 3-4. 3.4.2 There are no obvious oil stains, demolition marks, defects and gross leaks in the various parts. 3.4.3 The elastic steel bar is moderately tight, and the bow is straight. The use of steel bars and metal parts must have anti-rust measures, so as not to contaminate the products. 3.4.4 The stitch density shall comply with the stipulations of Table 2. 3.4.5 Seams are neat and secure. 3.4.6 The stitching shall be suitable for the performance, color and luster of the fabric (except decorative thread). 3.4.7 All parts are sewn flat, with straight threads, no open thread, loose thread or continuous skipped stitches. The threads are evenly received, and there are no more than two needles or two missing spots in the same part. 3.4.8 There is no obvious head tilt or concave waist at the mouth of the cap. The cusps are upright, the stitches are smooth, and there is no obvious tip or apex. 3.4.9 The top yarn is facing straight, without obvious skew. The hemming is solid, and the width of the cap hoop is basically the same. The pull loops, pinch pleats, pull pleats and shirring are even, and the yarn is facing straight. 3.4.10 The part with sewing tendency is uniform and reasonable. 3.4.11 The eaves are straight, the seams of the two walls are aligned, and the difference between the cornice angles does not exceed 0.5 cm. 3.4.12 The top of the cap is flat and round: take 1/4 to measure the height of the arc and the symmetrical part, and the difference between them does not exceed 0.4 cm; the difference between artificial wool and woolen materials does not exceed 0.8 cm. 3.4.13 The inlaid buds and inlaid strips are moderately tight, flat and the width is basically the same. 3.4.14 The run & fell and sweat seam are smooth, and without obvious folds or locks. The edges of the eaves do not exceed 0.8 cm, and there is no double track tread on the lap. 4.4 Determination of Physical and Chemical Properties 4.4.1 The color fastness to washing with soap shall be tested in accordance with the stipulations of Method A (1) in GB/T 3921-2008. 4.4.2 The color fastness to light shall be tested in accordance with the stipulations of GB/T 8427-2008, in which, the exposure to the sun is carried out in accordance with Method 3 and proceeded until the first stage. 4.4.3 The tensile strength of non-detachable accessories shall be tested in accordance with the stipulations of GB/T 33271. 4.4.4 For the appearance quality test method after washing, after washing and drying, assess it under the conditions of appearance inspection. The washing procedure shall be tested in accordance with the stipulations of GB/T 8630; the washing method shall comply with procedure 7A (labeled hand-washing products shall adopt imitated hand washing) in GB/T 8629-2001; adopt hanging-to-dry as the drying method. The dry cleaning procedure shall be tested in accordance with the stipulations of FZ/T 80007.3, and the conventional dry cleaning method shall be adopted. 4.4.5 The other physical and chemical properties shall be tested in accordance with the stipulations of GB/T 21294. 4.4.6 For test items that do not mention the sampling location, samples can be taken on finished products in accordance with the test demands. 5 Inspection Rules 5.1 Inspection Classification 5.1.1 Finished product inspection is divided into exit-factory inspection and type inspection. The timing of type inspection is based on the actual situation of the manufacturer or the stipulations of the contract agreement. It is generally carried out when the production is transferred or resumed after suspension, or when there are major changes in raw materials or processes. 5.1.2 The exit-factory inspection items shall comply with the stipulations of Chapter 3, except 3.5.
