in GB/T 5714.
5.4.5 Elastic elongation test shall be conducted in accordance with 8.3.1 (25 N) in FZ/T
01034-2008.
5.4.6 Tensile elastic recovery rate to chlorinated water (swimming pool water).
a) Sample processing. randomly take 3 pieces of samples respectively in the
horizontal and vertical direction (effective working size. 10 cm x 5 cm). The
processing of samples shall comply with stipulations in GB/T 8433-2013. Stir
for 4 h; effective chlorine concentration. 50 mg/L.
b) Determination of tensile elastic recovery rate to chlorinated water (swimming
pool water). handle the processed sample in accordance with stipulation
8.3.2.2 in FZ/T 70006-2004; rate. 300 mm/min, constant force. 15 N, pre-
tension. 0.1 N, time of repeated stretch. 3. The average value of the 3 stretches
shall be taken; the result shall be revised to an integer number in accordance
with GB/T 8170.
5.4.7 Other physical and chemical performance items shall be determined in
accordance with GB/T 21294; seaming performance shall be sampled in accordance
with the style of garment.
5.4.8 As to test items of sampling parts that are not mentioned here, samples can be
taken on finished products in accordance with the demand.

6.4 Determination Rules
6.4.1 Single product (sample) appearance determination
Superior product. severe defect = 0, intermediate defect = 0, slight defect ≤ 4.
First-class product. severe defect = 0, intermediate defect = 0, slight defect ≤ 7, or
severe defect = 0, intermediate defect ≤ 1, slight defect ≤ 3.
Qualified product. severe defect = 0, intermediate defect = 0, slight defect ≤ 8, or
severe defect = 0, intermediate defect ≤ 1, slight defect ≤ 6.
6.4.2 Batch Determination
When a product fails ≥ 1 item in physical and chemical performance test, it shall be
determined that the sampling batch is unqualified.
Superior product batch. number of superior products by appearance ≥ 90%, number
of first-class and qualified products ≤ 10% (excluding unqualified products). Each
physical and chemical performance test satisfies with the indicator requirements of
superior product.
First-class product batch. number of first-class products (and above) by appearance ≥
90%, number of qualified products ≤ 10% (excluding unqualified products). Each
physical and chemical performance test satisfies with the indicator requirements of
first-class product.
Qualified product batch. number of qualified products (and above) by appearance ≥
90%, number of unqualified products ≤ 10% (excluding unqualified products with
severe defects). Each physical and chemical performance test satisfies with the
indicator requirements of qualified product.
When the determination of appearance sewing quality is inconsistent with the
determination of physical and chemical performance, the inferior grade shall be the
final result.
6.4.3 Determination of qualified number
When the determined number in each sampling batch complies with the above
stipulations, products can be allowed to exit factory in corresponding grade.
