This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation, storage, shelf life of hair oil. This standard applies to hair products formulated with mineral oil, organosiloxane, animal and vegetable oils, synthetic oils, other moisturizing ingredients that moisturize, protect, beautify hair.2 Normative references

Put it into a 50 mL separatory funnel. Leave it for stratification. Take the lower clear solution to measure it according to the method of GB/T 13531.1 (direct measurement method). 5.3.2 Relative density It is performed according to the method of GB/T 13531.4. 5.3.3 Cold-resistance 5.3.3.1 Instruments Refrigerator, temperature control accuracy ± 2°C. 5.3.3.2 Operation Place the specimen in the refrigerator pre-adjusted to -5°C ~ -10°C. Take it out after 24 h. Observe the bottled hair oil after returning to room temperature; the aerosol canned hair oil can be used normally after returning to temperature 5.3.4 Spray rate It is performed according to the method of 5.10 in GB/T 14449-2008. 5.3.5 Number of sprays Press the pump-type hair oil until the liquid starts to spray. Count the number of presses. 5.3.6 Internal pressure Determine it according to the test method of internal pressure of 5.1 in GB/T 14449-2008. 5.4 Hygienic indicator It is tested according to the method specified in "Hygienic specifications for cosmetics". 5.5 Net content 5.5.1 Aerosol canned product with net content marked in milliliters It is determined according to the method of JJF 1070. 5.6 Requirements for packaging appearance It is performed according to QB/T 1685.6 Inspection rules
6.1 This standard is divided into conventional inspection items and unconventional inspection items. The conventional inspection items are the sensory indicators, physical- chemical indicators, total number of colonies in hygienic indicators, net content, packaging appearance requirements. The rest is unconventional inspection items. 6.2 Inspection classification shall be carried out according to QB/T 1684. 6.3 The group-batch rules and sampling plan shall be implemented in accordance with QB/T 1684. 6.4 The sampling method shall be implemented according to QB/T 1684. 6.5 The judgment and re-inspection rules shall be implemented in accordance with QB/T 1684. 6.6 The transfer rules are implemented according to QB/T 1684. 6.7 The suspension and resumption of inspection shall be carried out according to QB/T 1684.7 Marking, packaging, transport, storage, shelf life
7.1 Marking The markings of the sales package shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of GB 5296.3 and indicated of the instructions for use of the product. The aerosol canned products shall also comply with the provisions of BB 0005.
