This Standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This Standard replaces JB/T 10155-1999 "Coated abrasives - Test method of the grinding properties of abrasive cloth and abrasive paper". Compared with JB/T 10155-1999, the main technical changes in this Standard are as follows: - modified the type of abrasive cloth (see Table 1 of this Edition, Table 1 of Edition 1999); - added the detailed regulations for grinding time (see Table 1 of this Edition). This Standard was proposed by China Machinery Industry Federation. This Standard shall be under the jurisdiction of National Technical Committee on Abrasives of Standardization Administration of China (SAC/TC 139). The drafting organizations of this Standard: Zhengzhou Abrasives Grinding Research Institute. Main drafters of this Standard: Zhong Yanzheng, Yang Songbin, Zhang Changwu. This Standard specifies the test method of the grinding properties of abrasive cloth and abrasive paper: test equipment, test conditions, specimen preparation, test procedures and processing of test results. This Standard is applicable to abrasive cloth, abrasive paper and water- resistant abrasive paper.2 Test equipment
2.1 Grinding properties tester The grinding properties tester shall meet the following requirements: a) The grinding disc end face of the grinding properties tester does not run out much 0.05 mm; b) The grinding disc speed of the grinding properties tester is (320±5) r/min; c) Grinding track: The ring inner diameter of the track is (87±0.2) mm, and the ring width is (16.5±0.4) mm. 2.2 Balance The scale of the balance is 0.01 g. 2.3 Constant temperature water bath The fluctuation of water temperature is ±2°C.3 Test conditions
