[Source. GB/T 46011.1-2025, 3.3.1] 3.2 carbon footprint of a product The sum of greenhouse gas emission and greenhouse gas removal in the product system, expressed in carbon dioxide equivalent, for which a life cycle assessment is conducted based on climate change as the single environmental impact type. [Source. GB/T 24067-2024, 3.1.1, modified] 3.3 carbon footprint labels of a product A label that indicates the quantitative value, class, and carbon neutrality of the carbon footprint of a product by a combination of carbon footprint markings, text, numbers, and symbols. [Source. GB/T 46011.1-2025, 3.3.55] 3.4 carbon footprint quantification labels The carbon footprint labels of a product that quantifies the sum of greenhouse gas emissions and removals within a specified accounting boundary for road vehicle products. 3.5 carbon footprint class labels The carbon footprint labels of a product that classifies and represents the carbon footprint values of road vehicle products. 3.6 carbon neutral labels The carbon footprint labels of a product that represents the result that the sum of greenhouse gas emissions, removals, and offsets within the specified accounting boundary of road vehicle products is zero.4 Abbreviated terms
