1 Scope
This part of SN/T 1538 specifies the general quality control requirements of the culture medium and lists the performance tests of fixed and liquid culture medium
method.
This section applies to the performance test of commercially available and homemade media.

4 General quality control requirements
4.1 basic requirements
4.1.1 Medium
The quality of the medium consists of the quality of the basic ingredients, the formulation of the medium, the control of the preparation process, the elimination of microbial contamination, and the packaging and storage
