1 Scope
This standard stipulates the marketing procurement management requirements, purchase acceptance management requirements and quality acceptance technical requirements for students' clothing.
This standard is applicable to the inspection and acceptance management of goods for business enterprises and schools.

3 Marketing Purchasing Management Requirements
3.1 Contract offer requirements
Marketing enterprises should sign the contract documents for student service purchases in accordance with laws and regulations, and agree on the quality of the corresponding purchase and sale contracts.

3.1.1 What should be included in the quality of the purchase and sale contract.
3.1.1.1 Quantity offer. Small-supply companies should have a weekly supply capacity of 50~100 pieces (sets) and medium-sized supply
The weekly supply capacity of the enterprise single-student student service product should reach 2~5 times of the small-supply enterprise, and the large-supply enterprise single-specialized student service product
Weekly supply capacity should be more than 10 times that of small suppliers.
3.1.1.2 Quality appraisal offer. Should comply with 3.1.1.2 of SB/T 10579-2011 and 4.1.1.2 of SB/T 10787-2012
Claim.
3.1.1.3 breach of contract offer. It shall comply with the requirements of 3.1.1.3 of SB/T 10579-2011 and 4.1.1.3 of SB/T 10787-2012.
3.1.2 Contents of the purchase and sale contract quality offer should not be included.
