1 Scope
This standard specifies the basic requirements for the quality of garlic, the grade of goods, packaging, labeling and circulation requirements.
This standard applies to the operation and management of garlic circulation.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Bulb bulb
A metamorphosis organ that is made up of a succulent leaf sheath that grows on a short stem disk is a product organ of garlic.
3.2
Maturity degreeofmaturity
Garlic is physiologically mature, the bulbs are fully inflated, and the garlic cloves are firm and full.
4 Basic requirements for product quality
4.1 The maturity required for this variety of garlic as a commodity is achieved, with the inherent color, odor and shape of the variety.
4.2 Garlic is complete, dry, clean, no rot, pests and chills, no odor, no dryness, no germination.
4.3 The limit of pollutants should meet the relevant provisions of GB 2762, and the maximum residue limit of pesticides should meet the relevant provisions of GB 2763.
5 product grade
Under the premise of complying with the provisions of Chapter 4, the same variety of garlic is divided into first and second according to maturity, integrity and uniformity.
Levels and 3, the indicators of each level should meet the requirements of Table 1.
