1 Scope
This standard specifies the basic requirements for commodity quality of Chinese cabbage, commodity grade, packaging, labeling and circulation process requirements.
This standard applies to the management and management of Chinese cabbage circulation.

3 Basic requirements for product quality
3.1 The maturity required for the product as a commodity is achieved, and the color and shape inherent in the product of the product are available.
3.2 The whole body is complete, the base of the stem is flattened, the leaves are firmly attached, clean, no wilting, no burning heart, cracking, rot, pests, cold, odor and light.

4 product grade
Under the premise of complying with the provisions of Chapter 3, the same variety of Chinese cabbage is classified according to maturity, integrity, freshness and evenness.
For the first, second and third levels, the indicators of each level should meet the requirements of Table 1.
