1 Scope
This standard stipulates the access, file management, store management, operation management, credit management and tea farmers of tea business in the wholesale market of agricultural products.

3 Access to tea management
3.1 Business qualification
It is necessary to obtain business license, food hygiene permit, tax registration certificate, etc. according to the requirements of relevant laws, regulations, rules and relevant standards.

3.2 Signing the access agreement
