1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, basic requirements, after-sales warranty service requirements, and service specifications for after-sales service of electric bicycle products.
And handling of after-sales service disputes.
This standard applies to organizations engaged in the production, sale and maintenance of electric bicycles within the administrative region of the People's Republic of China.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Electric bicycle electricbicycle
With the battery as an auxiliary energy source, it has two wheels, and it can realize the special bicycle for human riding, electric or electric assisting function.

3.2
Customer customer
An organization or individual that accepts after-sales service for electric bicycle products.
3.3
Service provider
An organization that provides after-sales service for electric bicycle products to customers.

After-sales service after-salesservice
The continuation of the design, production and other processes. After the product is sold, the producer or seller will bear the relevant content and fulfillment of the contract with the customer.

4 basic requirements
4.1 Service party
4.1.1 The service provider shall clearly define the after-sales service concept and service commitment that are suitable for its own characteristics.
4.1.2 The service provider shall formulate corresponding systems and standards around the activities and processes of after-sales service, and have the ability to standardize management of services.
In particular, it is necessary to make provisions for the construction of service outlets, electric bicycle maintenance, and after-sales service disputes to ensure after-sales service.
