1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of cucumber, basic requirements for quality of goods, grades, packaging, labeling and circulation process requirements.
This standard applies to the operation and management of the thorn-type cucumber circulation. The circulation of other types of cucumber can be referred to.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Maturity degreeofmaturity
Cucumber is mature and suitable for consumption. The body is fully elongated and inflated, the seeds are not completely formed, and the texture is crisp and tender.
4 Basic requirements for product quality
4.1 has the inherent color and shape of the variety.
4.2 The melon is complete and clean, without mechanical damage, rot, pests, deformities and odors.
4.3 The limit of pollutants and the maximum residue limit of pesticides shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB 2762 and GB 2763.
5 product grade
Under the premise of complying with the provisions of Chapter 3, the quality of the cucumber is divided into primary, secondary and based on maturity, freshness and uniformity.
At the third level, the indicators of each level should meet the requirements of Table 1.
