Sericulture production base evaluation method
1 Scope
This standard specifies the evaluation index system for the sericulture production base.
This standard applies to the evaluation of national-level sericulture production bases constructed at county-level administrative regions or across counties.

3 Evaluation index system
The evaluation index system is mainly composed of five major bases, cocoon quality, technical equipment, intensification degree and production efficiency.
The item consists of 16 small items.

4 Evaluation indicator assignment
This indicator system is evaluated by the percentage system, with a total score of 100 points.
4.1 Base size (30 points)
The base should be selected in an area where the site conditions are suitable for sericulture production, with a certain scale of sericulture production, advanced production technology and stability.
Prospects and potential for development or sustainable development.
4.1.1 Area of mulberry garden (12 points)
The mulberry garden planted at the base meets the requirements of GB 19173 and GB/T 19177, and the area should be.2000hm2 (30,000 mu).

4.1.2 Silkworm breeding supply system and seed production (6 points)
The base has a stable and quality-maintaining silkworm breeding supply system, and popularizes the fine silkworm varieties approved by the national or provincial level (hybrid group).
