Luminous intensity standard lamp verification procedure
1 Scope
This procedure is applicable to the first verification, subsequent verification and in-use inspection of luminous intensity standard lamps (referred to as standard lamps).
Test. The requirements for metering performance in standard lamp qualification can be referred to.

3 Overview
Luminous intensity standard lamps are measuring instruments that maintain and transmit a unit of luminous intensity. It is made to specific requirements
An incandescent lamp with stable illuminating characteristics, the illuminants are arranged in a plane, the shape of the bulb and the additional aperture are sought to avoid or
Reduce stray light. Such a lamp has a uniform light distribution in the measurement direction and has excellent reproducibility of magnitude.
4 Metrological performance requirements
4.1 Luminous intensity standard lamp stability
Luminous intensity standard lamps must be aged according to relevant regulations before leaving the factory. The stability of the lamp after aging should be achieved.
When the test current (see Appendix A) is ignited for 4h, the lamp terminal voltage change of the vacuum lamp should be less than 0.15%, and the lamp end of the gas lamp
The voltage change should be less than 0.25%.
4.2 Luminous intensity standard lamp angle characteristics
Luminous intensity standard lamps should have good horizontal and vertical angle characteristics, and the lamp should be rotated ±1.5° in the horizontal direction.
When the luminous intensity changes by no more than 0.6%. When the bulb is rotated ±1.0° in the vertical direction, the luminous intensity does not change more than
0.6%.
4.3 Annual rate of change of standard lamp luminous intensity value
The luminous intensity standard lamp for the first inspection is not rated. Year after the re-examination, the year according to the luminous intensity of the lamp
