3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 9178, GA/T 1568 and the following apply to this document.
3.1
FLASH storage device
The internal memory is NAND FLASH solid state hard disk, memory card, USB flash drive, voice recorder, MP3/MP4 and other devices.
3.2
monolithic FLASH storage device
A FLASH storage device that integrates all components such as controllers and storage chips into one physical package.
3.3
damaged FLASH storage device
A FLASH storage device that cannot read or write data normally due to failures in components, circuits, firmware, etc.
