5 Reagents and Materials
5.1 Reagents
The experimental water should meet the first-class water specified in GB/T 6682.Unless otherwise stated, all reagents used in the analysis were of analytical grade.
Reagents include.
a) Methanol (chromatographically pure);
b) Acetonitrile (chromatographically pure);
c) ethyl acetate;
d) 1% sodium hydroxide solution. weigh 1.0g of sodium hydroxide, add a certain amount of water to dissolve and dilute to 100mL;
e) Phosphate buffer (pH 6.0). Weigh 8.34 g of sodium dihydrogen phosphate and 0.87 g of disodium hydrogen phosphate respectively, add a certain amount of water
