Foreword
All the technical contents of this standard is mandatory.
This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
Since the implementation of this standard at the same time instead of GA/T 172-2005 "metal handcuffs."
This standard compared with GA/T 172-2005, the main changes are as follows.
--- Change to mandatory standards recommended by the standards;
--- Add or modify some of the terms and definitions (see Chapter 3);
--- Increased metal handcuffs classification (see 4.1);
--- Modified metal handcuffs code composition (see 42, 2005 3.3.);
--- Modify the appearance of metal handcuffs technical requirements (see 51, 2005 version 4.1.);
--- Increase the technical requirements of the metal handcuffs structure (see 5.2);
--- Increase the technical requirements of the metal handcuffs mark (see 5.3);
--- Modify the size of the metal handcuffs technical requirements (see 54, 2005 version 4.3.);
--- Modified metal handcuffs quality technical requirements (see 55, 2005 4.2.);
--- Modified metal handcuffs flexibility of technical requirements (see 56, 2005 version 4.4.);
