1 Scope
This standard specifies the electronic yarn strength tester's basic functions and parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage.
This standard applies to constant elongation assay to detect various yarn strength of electronic yarn strength tester.

3 Basic functions and parameters
3.1 assay using constant elongation (CRE) measurements.
3.2 tensile speed. 250mm/min, within 500mm/min or greater range is adjustable.
3.3 gauge. 250mm, 500mm or within a wider range adjustable.
3.4 elongation measuring range. 0 ~ 250mm.
3.5 elongation value resolution. 0.1mm.

4.1 Working conditions
4.1.1 Power Supply. (220 ± 22) V (AC), (50 ± 1) Hz.
No electromagnetic interference around the instrument 4.1.2, no significant vibration sources.
