Organic light-emitting diode display material
Glass transition temperature test method differential thermal method
1 Scope
This standard specifies the use of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) for the determination of organic materials for organic light-emitting diode (OLED) displays.
Test method for glass transition temperature (Tg).
This standard applies to small molecules and polymer materials for OLED.
2 Normative references
The following documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated references, only dated versions apply to this article.
Pieces. For undated references, the latest edition (including all amendments) applies to this document.
GB/T 22567-2008 Test method for determining glass transition temperature of electrical insulating materials
JJG936-2012 Differential Scanning Calorimeter Verification Procedure
JJG1036-2008 Electronic Balance Verification Procedure
3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 22567-2008 apply to this document.
4 Principle
Measure the heat flow rate (thermal power) difference between the input sample and the reference sample with temperature and/or time under the specified atmosphere and program temperature control
The relationship between changes.
The curve with the temperature or time as the X-axis and the heat flow rate difference or the thermal power difference as the Y-axis is the DSC curve.
5 instruments and materials
5.1 Differential scanning calorimeter, qualified according to JJG936-2012.
5.2 Analytical balance (sensing 0.1mg), qualified according to JJG1036-2008.
6 Environmental conditions
6.1 Ambient temperature is 15 ° C ~ 30 ° C.
6.2 Relative humidity. ≤ 85%.
7 Operating steps
7.1 boot
7.1.1 Turn on the instrument until the instrument reaches a steady state.
