1 Scope

This standard specifies the variety characteristics, appearance characteristics, body weight, production performance and determination methods of Yangzhou goose. This standard applies to Yangzhou goose varieties.

3 variety characteristics

It is a medium-sized, cultivated variety with early growth rate and no nesting.

4 Appearance features

Adult goose feathers are white, and a few individuals have gray feather spots on the eye or back. Forehead has obvious hemispherical sarcoma, orange-yellow, male goose sarcoma is larger than female goose; eyelid is light yellow; iridescent gray-blue; a few individuals have swallow bag. The male goose is majestic, the goose is beautiful, and the pleats are small.喙, 胫, 蹼 are orange. The goose down is yellowish, scorpion, scorpion, and orange.
