Industrial waste liquid treatment of copper, nickel, lead, zinc, Method for determination of 26 elements such as cadmium and chromium Caution - Personnel using this standard should have practical experience in formal laboratory work. This standard does not indicate all possible security questions. question. It is the responsibility of the user to take appropriate safety and health measures and to ensure compliance with the conditions set by the relevant national regulations. In this test method Some of the reagents used are toxic or corrosive, and care must be taken during handling. If splashed on the skin, rinse immediately with water. In severe cases, immediately Treatment; high pressure argon cylinders used in this test method shall be operated in accordance with the safety regulations of high pressure cylinders; inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer points The torch chamber door should not be opened after burning the plasma.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of methods for determining the content of 26 elements such as copper, nickel, lead, zinc, cadmium and chromium in industrial waste liquid treatment sludge. General provisions, sample preparation and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry and hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry. This standard applies to industrial waste liquid treatment sludge in silver (Ag), aluminum (Al), arsenic (As), gold (Au), barium (Ba), beryllium (Be), barium (Bi), calcium (Ca), cadmium (Cd), cobalt (Co), chromium (Cr), copper (Cu), iron (Fe), mercury (Hg), manganese (Mn), molybdenum (Mo), nickel (Ni), palladium (Pd), lead (Pb), Determination of total content of 26 elements of antimony (Sb), selenium (Se), tin (Sn), antimony (Sr), titanium (Ti), vanadium (V), and zinc (Zn). Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry for the determination of concentration of fresh sludge samples without dilution of the sample solution The range is from 5mg/kg to 10000mg/kg; the suitable concentration range for air-dried or dried sludge samples is from 50mg/kg to 100000mg/kg. The detection limits of each element in inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry are shown in Appendix A. The detection limit of mercury by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry is 0.004mg/kg, and the suitable concentration range is 0.016mg/kg~ 5mg/kg; the detection limit of arsenic, selenium, tellurium and strontium is 0.020mg/kg, and the suitable concentration range is 0.080mg/kg~50mg/kg.
