Foreword

GB/T 18430 "steam compression cycle cold water (heat pump) unit" is divided into two parts. - Part 1. cold water (heat pump) units for industrial or commercial and similar purposes; - Part 2. Cold water (heat pump) units for household and similar purposes. This part is part 2 of GB/T 18430. This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. Replacement of GB/T 18430.2-2008 "Steam Compressed Circulating Cold Water (Heat Pump) Units Part 2. Household and Similar Uses Cold water (heat pump) unit ". This part of the main technical content compared with GB/T 18430.2-2008 changes are as follows. --- the definition of "nominal operating performance factor" has been eliminated; the definition of "performance factor" has been added; --- modified "Table 1 temperature conditions when the conditions of the conditions/flow conditions, Table 2 part of the load conditions, Table 4 unit design temperature/flow conditions" Part of the expression; - Table 2 adds to the calculation of other load points; --- "4.3 type of cooling performance coefficient" in "4 type and basic parameters" is canceled; - Added "limited coefficient requirements" for "performance factor" and "integrated partial load performance factor" in "5 request" --- "5.7 safety performance" and "6.3.8 safety performance" are canceled, and "5.2 safety requirements" are added. --- canceled the "5.8 warranty period" requirements; --- modified "6.1 measuring instrument accuracy and measurement requirements", canceled the "6.3.11 test report" requirements; - increased requirements for the use of flammable refrigerants; An example of the calculation of the partial load performance factor for Appendix A has been modified. This standard is proposed by the China Machinery Industry Federation. This standard is national standardization of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment Technical Committee (SAC/TC238). 3 terms and definitions

JB/T 7249 and the following terms and definitions are applicable to this document. 3.1 Coefficient of performance coefficientofperformance; COP The ratio of the unit cooling (heat) to the total power consumption of the unit under the specified cooling (heat) capacity test conditions. Note. The value is expressed in kW/kW. 3.2 Integrated part load performance coefficient integratedpartloadvalue; IPLV The partial load efficiency index of the chillers for air conditioning, expressed in a single numerical value, is based on the IPLV conditions specified in Table 2 The coefficient of performance of the part load of the unit is obtained by the formula (1) according to the weighting factor of the running time of the unit under various loads. IPLV (or NPLV) = 2.3% × A 41.5% × B 46.1% × C 10.1% × D (1) Where. A --- 100% load when the cooling performance coefficient COP;
