Barium and tantalum alloy grades and chemical composition
1 Scope
This standard specifies grades and chemical composition requirements, sampling and chemical composition analysis of niobium and niobium alloy processed products.
This standard applies to all kinds of niobium and niobium alloy processed products (including ingots, sintered billets, semi-finished products and finished products).
2 Normative references
The following documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated references, only dated versions apply to this article
Pieces. For undated references, the latest version (including all amendments) applies to this document.
GB/T 15076 (all parts) Chemical analysis method
3 requirements
3.1 Brand and Chemical Composition
The grades and chemical composition of niobium and niobium alloy processed products should meet the requirements of Table 1.
Table 1 Quality Score/%
Note 1. Ta1, Ta2, TaNb3, TaNb20, TaNb40, TaW2.5, TaW10, and TaW12 are industrial-grade vacuum electron beam melting or arc melting.
Tantalum alloy material.
Note 2. FTa1 and FTa2 are industrial grade coffins obtained by the powder metallurgy method.
3.2 Sampling
3.2.1 For the part of the product to be sampled, oxides and other substances that have surface-affected component analysis results should be removed.
3.2.2 The sampling tool should be clean.
3.2.3 The oxidation of the sample should be prevented when it is cut.
3.2.4 Unless otherwise specified in the product standard, suppliers may take samples of ingots or sinters for chemical composition analysis.
4 Chemical Analysis
4.1 Chemical composition analysis of antimony and niobium alloy processed products is performed according to GB/T 15076. Exceeds GB/T 15076 in each method
The elements of the stipulated scope shall be determined by both the supplier and the buyer.
4.2 The analytical values in the chemical composition analysis report shall have the same number of significant digits as the corresponding figure in the chemical composition table.
