People's Republic of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Standard
Remelting with fine aluminum ingots
2009-12-04 released
2010-06-01 Implementation
Issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China
Foreword
This standard is based on the international standard ISO 115..2003 "Refining aluminum ingot grades and chemical composition" to develop. Mainly with ISO 115.
Three grades in.2003. A199.995, A199.99, A199.98. In comparison, A199.995 in this standard is strictly ISO 115.
2003, A199.99 basically the same, A199.98 loose in ISO 115..2003.
The use of remelting with aluminum ingots should be fully preheated after the product added to the furnace (because of its surface shrink holes, holes in the water, fully warm
Can prevent the fine aluminum ingots in case of high temperature melt explosion).
This standard by the National Nonferrous Metals Standardization Technical Committee proposed and centralized.
This standard is responsible for drafting units. Xinjiang Zhonghe Co., Ltd., China Aluminum Co., Ltd. Guizhou Branch.
This standard participates in the drafting unit. Baotou Aluminum Company Limited.
The main drafters of this standard. Liu Jie, Zhai Xinsheng, He Xinguang, Song Yuping, Hong Tao, Zeng Ping, Gao Shulan, Yang Menggang, Cui Jian, Shen Qinghua.
Remelting with fine aluminum ingots
1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of fine aluminum ingots for remelting.
This standard applies to three layers of liquid electrolysis and segregation production of heavy aluminum ingots.
