1 Scope
YS/T 539 This part specifies the method for determination of nickel-base alloy powder of iron content.
This section applies to the determination of nickel base alloy powder of iron content measurement range. 1% to 20%.
2 Method summary

3 Reagents

3.8 sulfate (ρ1.84g/mL).
3.9 Hydrogen peroxide (ρ1.10g/mL).
3.10 HCl (1 + 1).
3.11 HCl (1 + 9).
3.12 ammonia (1 + 1).
3.13 ammonia (19 + 1).
3.14 diphenylamine sodium solution (2g/L).
3.15 potassium dichromate solution (1g/L).
3.16 sodium tungstate (Na2WO4 · H2O) solution (250g/L). Weigh 25g sodium tungstate soluble in water, 5mL phosphoric acid (3.7), washed with water
