3 Principle
The glufosinate and its metabolites N-acetyl glufosinate and 3-(methylphosphino)propionic acid in the sample were extracted with water, and the solid phase was separated by dichloromethane and C18.
The extraction cartridge was purified by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry, electrospray ionization ionization (ESI-), and matrix external standard method.
4 reagents and materials
All reagents were of analytical grade and water was secondary ultrapure water unless otherwise stated.
4.1 Acetonitrile. Chromatographically pure.
4.2 anhydrous ammonium acetate. chromatographically pure.
4.3 Ammonia. 25%, chromatographically pure.
4.4 Dichloromethane, chromatographically pure.
