1 Scope

3 Method summary

The sample was dissolved and diluted in acetonitrile-water system, filtered through a filter membrane, measured by RP-HPLC, and quantified by external standard method.

4 Reagents and materials

The water used in the experiment should meet the first-level water requirement in GB/T 6682. 4.1 Acetonitrile. chromatographic purity. 4.2 Trifluoroacetic acid. Shake well after sonicating in an ultrasonic bath for about 5 min. Place in a refrigerator at 0°C~5°C. spare. 4.7 standard working solution. Accurately take 5.0mL of the above standard stock solution, transfer to a 50mL volumetric flask, and then use acetonitrile solution (4.3) Dilute to scale. 4.8 Microporous membrane. 0.45 μm, organic system.
