1 Scope
This standard specifies the liquid food in the export of bisulfan-tandem mass spectrometry determination and verification methods.
This standard applies to bread, bread, fried dough sticks, instant noodles and other foods in the determination of two urea.

3 method summary
The diurea in the sample is extracted by water oscillation, oxidized by potassium permanganate and converted to azodicarbonamide, then sodium p-toluenesulfinate
Derivatization of azodicarbonamide into p-toluenesulfonyl semicarbazide, determination and confirmation by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, and quantification by internal standard method.

4.1 n-hexane. Chromatographic purity.
4.2 dimethyl sulfoxide. Chromatographic purity.

4.5 Ammonium acetate. Chromatographic purity.
4.6 glacial acetic acid.
4.7 Sodium p-toluenesulfinate. Purity greater than 95%.
4.8 potassium ferrocyanide.
4.9 Zinc acetate.
4.10 potassium permanganate.
4.11 2.5mmol/L sodium p-toluenesulfinate solution Weigh 0.044g sodium p-toluenesulfinate, add acetonitrile - water (1. 1, volume ratio) solution
Dilute and dilute to 100mL.
4.12 1.0mol/L zinc acetate solution Weigh 183g zinc acetate, add 30mL glacial acetic acid dissolved, diluted with water to 1L.
4.13 0.25mol/L potassium ferrocyanide solution Weigh 106g of potassium ferrocyanide, dissolved in water and diluted to 1L.
4.14 10g/L potassium permanganate solution Weigh 1g potassium permanganate, dissolved in water and diluted to 100mL. Store at room temperature, valid for 90d.
4.15 0.2% formic acid - 2mmol/L ammonium acetate solution Take 2mL formic acid and 0.154g ammonium acetate, diluted with water and dilute to 1L.
