1 Scope
This part of SN/T 4651 specifies the basic requirements for configuration management in the inspection and quarantine IT service management. Including the process
Requests, personnel requirements, implementation requirements.
This section applies to the configuration management of the software project category of the inspection and quarantine institutions.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T.20158 and GB/T 24405.1 apply to this document.
4 Process requirements
Configuration management should ensure that configuration items are correct, unique, and easy to access, ensuring that changes to baseline configuration items are controlled, and baseline status is clearly defined throughout
Establish and maintain the integrity and traceability of project products throughout the software lifecycle.
5 personnel requirements
5.1 Project Configuration Administrator
Its responsibilities include at least.
a) Cooperate with the project leader to determine the specific requirements for project configuration management;
b) Responsible for version control and change management according to the project's configuration management agreement;
c) Responsible for project configuration management (including environment construction, authority allocation, configuration library establishment, configuration item control, etc.);
d) supervise the configuration management of the project, control and track baseline changes;
e) generate a release version based on the approval of the project leader;
f) Check the configuration library and complete the corresponding status report, which is provided to relevant personnel for viewing and use;
g) responsible for the routine maintenance of the configuration management server of the inspection and quarantine department;
h) The project configuration manager should be equipped with A and B posts to avoid single failure points.
